Helen Christine Lamont (Brindley)
Helen Lamont passed away at Walkerton Hospital on Thursday, June 22nd, 2017. She was 78. Beloved wife of the late Leonard. Loving mother of Ron (Marianne), Gord (Barb), Clayton (Janice), Christina (Al) Jantzen and Cathy (Gary) Wardell. Proud Nana of fifteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Dear sister of Virginia Whitehead. Helen will also be missed by the Lamont family.
Helen was predeceased by her daughter Susan (in infancy), granddaughter Samantha Lamont Lake, grandson Alex Jantzen, brothers Norman and Bruce Brindley and her parents George and Evelyn (nee Willie) Brindley.
Helen's family will receive relatives and friends from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm on Sunday, June 25th, 2017 at the Cameron Funeral Home (1106 Yonge St. S, Walkerton) where a funeral service will be held on Monday, June 26th, 2017 at 11:00 am. Rev. Don Forrest officiating. Interment in Walkerton Cemetery. Reception to follow at the funeral home.
