Helen Rosella Zettel (nee Schurter), of Walkerton, passed away at Brucelea Haven on Thursday, June 15, 2017 at the age of 94.
Loving mother of Paul of London, Peggy (Gary) Leifso of Elmwood, Fred, Dianne (Bill) Metcalfe, Jim, and Mary (Mark) Mullen all of Walkerton and mother-in-law of Len (Merle) Henhoeffer of Kitchener. Cherished grandmother of fifteen grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren. Dear sister-in-law of Veronica Zettel.
Helen was predeceased by her husband Joe, daughter Phyllis, sisters Mary (Gerry) Cassidy and Rita (Kevin) McGlynn and brothers Alfred, Francis (Rita) and John (Blanche) and parents Jacob and Elizabeth (nee Heidmiller) Schurter.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, June 19, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, Walkerton. Rev. Andrew Quarshie officiating.
Interment in Calvary Cemetery, Walkerton.
