Donald Goddard, of Hanover, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, January 4, 2017. He was 88.

Beloved husband of Ethel (nee Blackmore). Loving father of Kim & Mike (Max) Wood of Aylmer, John & Debbie of Lake Rosalind and Brenda Roehler of Windsor. Cherished by his grandchildren Shawn, Matthew, Jared, Kathryn, Laura, Jonathan and Josephine and by his ten great-grandchildren.

Don was predeceased by his brother Ernie Goddard, sister Phyllis Brown and parents Walter and Rebecca (nee Patterson) Goddard.

Don's family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at New Apostolic Church, Hanover (517 12th Avenue) from 11:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. followed by the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Priest Shawn Antoine officiating.

The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to Dr. Batten and her team as well as all the nurses and caregivers and the team from CCAC.

Memorial donations to the Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) or WES For Youth Online would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
