Obituary for
Margaret Lillian Mack (Warnock)
Margaret Lillian Mack (nee Warnock) of Walkerton passed away suddenly at Brucelea Haven on Saturday, June 11th, 2016 in her 91st year.
Left to mourn her passing are her daughters Phyllis Voelkel (Larry) and Marlene Benningrton (Ron) all of Walkerton.
Survived by her brother Gordon Warnock (Leita) of Waterloo and her sister Viola Weil (John) of London.
Missed also by her grandchildren Sara Yandt of London, Rob Bennington (Cassandra) of London and Steve Voelkel (Quinn) as well as great-grandchildren Josh and Brooklyn Yandt of London and Gavin, Gwen and Grady Voelkel of Toronto and also nieces and nephews.
Margaret was predeceased by her husband William Mack and her brother George Warnock.
Margaret was employed by Canada Manpower for 30 years and was an active member of the Royal Canadian Legion in Walkerton and also a member of St. Thomas’ Anglican Church in Walkerton.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at St. Thomas’ Anglican Church, Walkerton with visitation beginning at 1:00 p.m. and followed by a celebration of life at 2:00 p.m.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to The Alzheimer Society or the Parkinson Society would be appreciated by the family.
