Patrick "Pat" Joseph O'Hara of Chepstow passed away on Monday, May 30th, 2016 at South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Walkerton. He was 75
Beloved husband of Rosemary (nee Ziolokowski). Loving father of Michael (Dawn) of Dearborn Heights, MI and Theresa of Walkerton. Cherished grandfather of Lawrence, Rebekah, Thomas, Steven, Paige, Grace and Claire. Remembered by his aunts Grace Giesler, Helen Schmidt and Vera Schmidt.
Pat was predeceased by his grandson Joseph Peter; brothers Joseph and Daniel (Judy) and parents Earl and Nettie (nee Schmidt) O'Hara.
Patrick's family will receive relatives and friends for a casual visitation from 2:00 - 4:00 pm and 7:00 - 9:00 pm on Friday, June 3rd, 2016 at the Cameron Funeral Home, Walkerton. Knights of Columbus Rosary will be held at 8:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, June 4th, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Mary Immaculate Church, Chepstow (41 Concession 6 CHEPSTOW, ON N0G 1K0) with visitation being held an hour prior at church. Rev. Luc Payette officiating.
Interment in Mary Immaculate Cemetery
