Margaret Von Hatten Darling (nee Koebel), of Hanover passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, January 14, 2018 at age 83.

Loving mother of Andrew (Caroline) of Kitchener, Stephen (Debbie) of Hanover, Mary (Larry) of BC, Jayne of Hanover, Wayne (Arlene) of Toronto, Anne (Tom), Colin, Colette (Kevin) all of BC, James and Walter, both of Hanover. She will be missed by the Darling children, James Jr., Ethel (Doug), Phylis (Dale), Kathy (Dale), Bob (Diane), Steve (Sharon), Ron (Anne). Cherished grandmother of 19 grandchildren and 14 greatgrandchildren. Dear sister of Paul (Carol) Koebel, Peter (Gail Murray) Koebel all of Hanover and Bernadette Murray of Chepstow and sister-in-law of Gloria Koebel, Barb Koebel and Bonnie Koebel.

Margaret was predeceased by her first husband Walter Von Hatten and infant son Christopher; second husband James Darling; brothers John Koebel, Charles (Arlene) Koebel and Michael Koebel and brother-in-law Pat Murray.

Family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Cameron Funeral Home, Walkerton. Parish prayers will be held at 4:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, Walkerton. Rev. Luc Payette officiating.
